This is a returns chair which vary in condition and reasons for return so please review photos carefully. All items vary in age and have potentially been used for longer periods of time and others not used at all. Furthermore returns are stored and will be delivered in the condition shown in photos. Chairs are cleaned before being dispatched.
 
We mark all of our chairs with a rating scale to determine overall quality deteriorations since new.
 
A - Visually clean and looks new - The odd small mark / struggle to find visual damage
 
B - Few marks here and there. Overall still great condition 
 
C - Heavier use and is clearly worn / damaged more severely

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship all of our seconds chairs on a 2 -3 working day service for £10 per chair. 

Heavier items such as Steel Storage and filing cabinets are delivered via a palletised curb side delivery for £40.

Flat packed desking is delivered for £20 per desk.

Please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. Please note dispatch times may vary from the same working day, to 3 working days.

We also offer collection for all of our products listed on the website,. Our showroom is open Monday to Friday (8:30 - 17:30)

 

Return & Exchange Policy

If your item isn't to standard we accept returns up to 7 days after your item is delivered. This allows enough time to get used to your item and determine if the product suits you. Please note we are fully aware of all defects on the products we supply so we will only refund orders if they comply with the following;

  • Damaged in transit

  • Not suited for the user 

  • Incorrect item received 

  • Any mechanical damages within the 7 day period
